After purchasing side steps for my Land Rover at British 4×4, I was given Brian’s number by Allan and I quickly called him to enquire about the fitment of my steps. Brian then gave me directions to his workshop and when I got there he warmly welcomed me and explained the job to be done. He immediately created a job card and accepted my vehicle without a prior booking.
Three and half hours later, the job was done! This was an amazing experience and I was particularly impressed by the neatness of his workshop and the general appearance of his workplace. Jackie also constantly kept me up to date while my vehicle was under their care – which was pleasantly surprising coming for such a small business.
